Youth: Defining their so called class in the society!!

Now, I hesitate to list them (youth) on the organization hierarchical structure. Traditionally, they were placed on the bottom or the middle of the organizational structure. What is a youth entrepreneur? Youth are the one who have the tenacity to change the living style of people. One vivid example is face book.

After Face book success, Mark Zuckerberg young American entrepreneur, many other youth aspire to walk in the creative vision like Mark. Youth entrepreneurship in today’s world is a vital subject for any economy. But still the subject to respect youth ideas is not practiced in many parts of the society.

However, many societies are now realizing the concept of potential youth entrepreneur and their creativeness. If every youth seek to get into big and old names like IBM or Apple or Google than ideas like Face Book, Hotmail, Qwiki would possibly be in vain.

Round the box, if youth ideas were not respected and supported in the society than today’s so called middle class family would possibly not think of living the lifestyle of high class family and the low class family to the middle or high class family. I believe, youth as the one to change their so called family grade in the society because the working class family (proletariat) would still be on the same ground if the level of thinking and creativeness be the same as their parents.
We know that, middle class family or lower class families are mostly regulated by high class family in any societal structure. We cannot eliminate it because the economy runs that way but my point is we should not loose potential entrepreneur from lower and middle class society. If every family supports their children vision and ideas than we will possibly see another Mark in the near future. I recently read an article on HBR, the CEO’s role on business model reinvention, and it pointed out three ideas” “Box 1: Manage the Present,” “Box 2: Selectively Forget the Past,” and “Box 3: Create the Future” and I see youth as the one to change and challenge to change all three.

In the nutshell, we should encourage young entrepreneur ideas because ideas when fresh are sold easily, when its stale nobody cares for it. I see the vivid picture of today’s proletarian becoming tomorrows bourgeois, if we do not loose one creative mind.
